We are currently looking for a GREW (Global Real Estate and Workplace) Sustainability Engineer Intern at our Princeton, NJ office. The 2026 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will run from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Join our GREW (Global Real Estate and Workplace) team as an intern and gain invaluable professional experience. Your key responsibilities Asset Management - Collection and documentation of building and lab units supported by the GREW team. Building Systems Utilization Optimization - focusing on air compressors and energy costs/savings. Attend sustainability network meetings and follow up on action items. You Bring Currently working on completion of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow Sustainable thinking, ability to bring cost-effective ideas Enthusiasm to learn in a dynamic setting The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience. At the end of this internship, you will: Have industrial experience in collaborating across multiple teams while producing data, enabling sustainable practices and changes.
