Description Position Function: Under supervision, assist with various administrative duties such as organizing electronic files; gathering analytics; creating social media with copy, graphics and videos; assisting with Google Analytics and SEO and other tasks relevant to skills/experience. Involvement in creating content, transcribing videos, preparing reports, and collecting content for storytelling and news reporting. Education Requirements:Pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Experience Requirements:No experience required. Knowledge of social media, simple video editing and graphic design, WordPress, and Microsoft products helpful.Functional Requirements:Develop excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to relate well with staff, clients, and team. Working Conditions:Heavy computer usage in an office environment, sitting long periods of time. Exposure to Confidential Information:There will be exposure to confidential information which will require the ability to maintain confidentiality, continuing after the internship ends. Must follow agency policies related to donor, volunteer, and client records. Key Expectations/Responsibilities: Communicate with department supervisor to understand needs and receive specific instructions for projects. Assist with marketing projects involving content creation and analysis. Establish respectful relationships and work collaboratively with ACH staff. Keep an accurate log of internship hours. Adhere to all policies outlined in the intern, and agency handbooks and follow department procedures. Assist with writing about internal and external events involving our stakeholders (staff, clients, volunteers, donors). Ability to work independently. Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly, and responsive way with a broad range of individuals, both in written and oral communications.
