* Utility project on electricity and natural gas – contract analysis on volume coverage (too much coverage or too little, and cost impacts), recommendations for future contracts and cost/benefit estimate of proposed changes   * Dairy powders project – get spot pricing on dairy powders and determine if there would be savings to purchase ahead in any markets   * Make vs. Buy analysis on dairy ingredients   * Freight analysis (load size, frequency) on dairy ingredients – can we optimize load size, frequency for high volume lanes to determine freight savings (example, plant normally orders 17 totes per load, but we can fit 18 on a truck)   * Utility project for powders plants – determine if milk volumes versus natural gas consumption correlate enough for natural gas forecasts, should we factor in weather, or if there is a correlation to certain finished good production (dryer usage) Qualifications Educational Requirements:  Junior year undergrad or MBA (ex.
