PURPOSE Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments. Work is performed under direct supervision. POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to assist in the development of a comprehensive training program. This initiative will focus on current operational practices, the importance of individual roles, alignment with company values, and career growth opportunities. The intern will work closely with various departments to gather insights, research industry best practices, and help shape a program that enhances employee engagement and development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review and organize existing training materials and documentation. Conduct market research to identify best practices in employee training and development. Interview and gather feedback from current employees across departments. Assist in designing training modules that highlight: The importance of each role within the company. How employees contribute to the company’s mission and success. Clear pathways for career growth and development. Collaborate with HR and department leads to ensure alignment with company goals. Present findings and recommendations to leadership. Support the implementation and testing of pilot training sessions. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
