You will have two core functions in this role: Sales Operations Support - you will manage inbound leads, utilizing our CRM to account for all customer inquiries; process sales reports; and interact directly with customers to ensure each one gets immediate attention. Working with the owner: Identify areas of potential improvement if operational or financial efficiencies Evaluate and utilize the newest technologies to improve systems and processes Implement and execute agreed changes targeted to enhance growth and profitability Sales Operations Support Utilize our CRM to record customer leads and their project needs Conduct daily operations reporting Responding to customer reviews and categorizing customer leads Optimize our daily operating schedules and communicate any changes to customers and our field team. Job Requirements We are looking for energetic, eager learnings with strong multi-tasking skills who are capable of managing a large volume of work both efficiently and with accuracy.
