What You’ll Do Lead and care for a group of campers throughout the week Guide daily devotions, prayer, and faith-based conversations Build strong relationships and mentor campers one-on-one Manage daily cabin routines (schedule, cleanliness, lights out, etc.) Support camper activities and overall camp experience Partner with leadership on camper needs and development Help create a safe, structured, and positive environment What You Get $300/week + housing and meals included Live on-site with a built-in community Leadership and ministry experience that stands out on a resume A summer that impacts lives—including your own Training and support to grow as a leader Important Role Details This is a live-in, residential role Includes overnight supervision of campers in shared spaces Requires active participation in a Christian ministry environment Requirements What We’re Looking For A professing Christian with a personal faith Comfortable leading and discussing faith, including prayer and gospel-centered conversations Strong character, maturity, and sense of responsibility Interest in mentoring and working with youth Willingness to be fully engaged in a live-in summer camp environment Summer Schedule Staff Training: May 31 – June 13 Camp Sessions: June 14 – August 8 Why This Role Matters This is more than a job.
