    Miami Lakes Athletic Club is a 48,000 sq. ft. facility that offers a variety of exercise and workout equipment suitable for any level of athleticism.  Miami Lakes Athletic Club is known for offering a variety of youth programs in a family-oriented atmosphere in both indoor and outdoor setting.  The programs we offer encourages our kids to learn, grow, play, and have fun as they develop their abilities while participating in a well-organized and supervised group.  Here at Miami Lakes Athletic Club, we pride ourselves in having year-round programs which allows participants to stay active and involved. The Summer Camp Coordinator will be responsible for helping the Camp Director in providing a safe, fun, and active summer camp experience for all campers and staff. They will also assist with the organization and maintenance of all camp records and files.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Organize & implement a weekly program activity schedule. * Support the Assistant Director with supervision of the staff & campers. * Assist with the daily camper drop-off & pick-up. * Help with the implementation of all camp special activities, theme days, and lunch/snack distribution. * Maintain accurate & organized inventory of all camp supplies & equipment. * Ensure camp staff adhere to all company and camp policies. * Assist with maintaining organized & accurate camp records, attendance records, and any other forms required.    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES N/A QUALIFICATIONS - must be able to communicate in both writing and verbally. - must be able to communicate schedule conflicts with supervisor. - must be able to remain calm in a stressful atmosphere.  - Must pass CPR/AED/1st Aid certification by an approved provider within 30 days from original date of hire and maintain while employed. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * High School Diploma * 1 years or more of paid experience in a childcare  * Minimum age: 18 years of age at time of employment PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE * 1 years of experience paid childcare experience POSITIONS TYPE/ EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK Full Time  Monday -Friday Schedule will vary Summer Camp Dates: June 8, 2026, through August 7, 2026
