Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and engage with children in various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times - Lead age-appropriate activities, games, and outings - Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students. - Enforce camp rules and safety protocols consistently - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and fellow staff members - Assist with daily camp operations, including setup and cleanup of activities - Serve as a positive role model and mentor to students Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience working with children or in a camp setting is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively within a team - Responsible, adaptable, and proactive attitude - Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively - Availability to work during the summer months, including weekends and evenings if required - Must be at least 18 years old and possess a positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children Our summer camp offers a dynamic and supportive environment where staff are valued and encouraged to grow professionally.
