Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and engage children in a variety of recreational, educational, and outdoor activities - Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times - Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and teamwork - Assist in planning and organizing daily activities, games, and special events - Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating good behavior and communication skills - Address camper needs and concerns promptly and effectively - Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity areas and camp facilities Our summer camp offers a dynamic and supportive environment where staff can grow professionally while making a meaningful difference. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience working with children or in a camp setting preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations - Responsible, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude - Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to camp start) - Flexibility to work during summer months, including weekends and evenings if required - Passion for working with children and creating memorable summer experiences -Must be available for work the entire program, June 15th - August 28th, and attend training the week of June 8th -Immunization requirements: must provide updated TB results and proof of MMR, Tdap, Hep B, Varicella
