Requirements • Provides a safe and healthy environment for all the children in the camp program. • Ensures that the children are under proper supervision at all times. • Eats lunch with the children and provides appropriate discussion for meal times. • Ensures that all documentation takes place promptly such as attendance, accident/incident reports, and any other required paperwork. • Follows the schedule and routine created for the program • Must be at least 19 years of age. • High School Diploma or G.E.D. • Emotional maturity when working with children, parents, co-workers, and supervisors. • Flexibility, patience, and understanding when working with children.
Responsibilities
Lead games and activities for campers, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Provide supervision and engage with children during meals and activities.
