C5 TEXAS IS HIRING!  CAMP LEADERSHIP U/U2 STAFF SUPPORT These staff members provide support to all program and counseling staff at Camp Leadership U. Support staff also assists with 24-hour operations (youth supervision, administrative duties, etc.), create social media content, and cabin coverage throughout the week. This position takes place July 14- August 1, 2025 with staff training from June 29-July 2.  Responsibilities: * Ensure that program materials are organized, available, and in working order * Ensure that program materials are organized, available, and in working order * Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for camp activities. * Assist in facilitating and supervision of camp activities under the guidance of senior staff.  * Engage with campers, aiding in program delivery and ensuring a safe and fun environment.  * Provide general support to camp operations, as needed, such as in dining area, during camp events and at campfires.  * Working in a camp environment includes solving problems, and cooperation with others, regardless of their title.  * Fulfill basic health & safety requests, such as providing water at outdoor program spaces * Provide secondary coverage of youth * Support staff provide support to all program and counseling staff at Camp Leadership U & U2. * Support staff also assists with 24 hour operations (youth supervision, administrative duties, etc.) and cabin coverage throughout the week.  * Provide secondary coverage of youth * Produce C5 Texas social media content daily. Requirements: * Minimum 18 years of age; at least 1 year of college experience * Experience mentoring and advising youth * Experience in curriculum delivery, including presentation and facilitation * Experience in youth development  
Responsibilities
