Description

The P&O student will provide assistance to technical and/or clinical staff in servicing patients. Duties will include, but are not limited to, cast filling and stripping, room set-up and cleaning, assisting clinicians with casting procedures, set-up and tear down of diagnostic equipment (e.g. F-Scan), technical assistance in fittings of devices and general assistance where needed. 1.Must be a university or college level student who can provide evidence of above average technical hand skills. 2.Preference will be shown for an individual who can demonstrate that they are pursuing the Prosthetics & Orthotics profession as part of their career path.
