We’re looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team for both summer landscaping and winter snow removal services. If you’re hard-working, safety-focused, and want steady year-round work, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Summer: Grass cutting, trimming, edging, and overall groundskeeping to keep properties looking their best.
• Winter: Snow shoveling, snow blowing, salting/sanding, and removal of snow with larger equipment.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality service.
• Operate hand tools, power equipment, and small machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic equipment care and daily inspections.
• Provide photo documentation of completed work and report property issues as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2 years in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or snow removal (preferred).
• License: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (required) with a clean abstract.
• Physical fitness: Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to completing tasks to a high standard.
• Team player: Works well with others and contributes to a positive crew environment.

What We Offer:
