You will work closely with department managers and employees to support daily operations and help ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment. What You’ll Do Assist with equipment cleaning, detailing, and preparation for customers and dealership operations. Support technicians by organizing tools, cleaning work areas, and staging equipment. Assist the Parts Department with stocking, organizing, and inventory-related tasks. Perform yard work, mowing, trash removal, and general grounds maintenance. Help deliver or pick up parts, supplies, and materials as directed. Support customer service needs by assisting with basic tasks and errands. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE. Work collaboratively with team members across departments as needed. Attend training and safety meetings as assigned. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Department Manager. Requirements What it Takes Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers. Basic organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work outdoors and around equipment. Valid driver's license preferred. Preferred Previous experience working in a service, parts, sales, agricultural, landscaping, or labor-related environment. Education High school diploma or current enrollment in a high school or college program. Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by employees to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
