What You’ll Learn Interns will rotate through several hotel departments, gaining practical experience in areas such as: Front Desk Operations Guest check-in and check-out procedures Customer service and guest engagement Reservation systems and daily hotel operations Housekeeping Room preparation and quality standards Hotel cleanliness and operational efficiency Coordination between departments to support guest satisfaction Food & Beverage Restaurant and banquet service support Guest interaction and hospitality service standards Understanding restaurant operations within a hotel environment Through this internship, students will gain a holistic understanding of how hotel departments work together to create exceptional guest experiences.
