We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position(s) in the Student Affairs Office: Major Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Providing administrative support for the Career Development & Entrepreneurship team; Planning and offering support to large-scale student orientation activities; Providing supports to programmes / activities / services including but no limited to student internship, career education and entrepreneurship that contribute to nurture the development of graduate attributes and enhance student employability; and Performing any other duties as assigned. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: Year 1 to Year 3 undergraduate students in any disciplines, final year students are also welcome; Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint; Fluent in English, Cantonese & Putonghua; and Experience in organizing student activities will be an advantage.
