Description Hiring : Summer – Full Time Salary: $19 - $23 Citizens Bank Minnesota is currently offering a paid internship position. The ideal candidate for this entry-level position will work full-time during the summer. This candidate is expected to have completed their sophomore year of college while working towards a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in finance, agri-business, farm management, economics, accounting or related field. The qualified candidate will gain valuable banking experience by joining an organization known for its great culture, teamwork and opportunities to grow within. Interns will perform various tasks which will provide basic work experience while they demonstrate leadership and become familiar with our culture, team-members and community. Tasks will be supplemented with professional development training, self-study projects, workshops, and community involvement. Our intern will have the opportunity to learn about community banking, participate in community events, and interact and learn from senior leaders on various projects. Candidates must demonstrate a combination of academic aptitude, mathematical skills, personal motivation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, and the willingness to operate as part of a team.
