Job Summary: AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. In the Employee Engagement Department, interns have a unique opportunity to work alongside a team that builds and maintains Corporate Culture and Employee Engagement through events and internal communication. Responsibilities: Own a number of internal communication projects, including overseeing reoccurring weekly features on the company’s intranet. Assist with the execution of comms plans Support event logistics (pulling RSVP lists, setting up and breakdown of events, booking conference rooms, etc.) for virtual and in-person events Assist with curating and posting company content for employees using SharePoint and AEG Backstage (company intranet) Perform a company intranet audit to ensure all pages are up to date Assist Senior Employee Engagement Events Specialist with various tasks related to employee events, (AEG Summer Picnic, Lunch with leadership, etc.) Help Employee Engagement team members a variety of projects as they come up. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field Passion for sports and live entertainment Highly organized, resourceful, and dependable with excellent interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, specifically Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week during the summer.
