We are looking for a curious, commercially sharp Summer Intern who wants to spend a summer learning how a high-growth MarTech business actually runs — across multiple disciplines, not just one. Read more about GrowthDesk: https://growthdesk.com Job Description The Opportunity This is a generalist internship, designed for someone who is genuinely curious and not yet sure which lane they want to commit to. You will rotate through projects across Product, Marketing & Social, Business Development, Data & Insights, and Operations — contributing to real work on real client and internal initiatives. You will sit close to the people building, selling, and running GrowthDesk, and leave with a clear-eyed view of what good looks like in each function. What You'll Do Product & MarTech: Support the team using SKALE and Pulse — testing features, helping QA new releases, and pulling together feedback. Marketing & Social: Contribute to organic content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, help draft case studies, and assist with campaign planning. Business Development: Run market and account research on prospect FMCG, Real Estate, and Healthcare brands, build target lists, and support pitch and proposal preparation. Data & Insights: Help turn raw data from Pulse into clean charts, decks, and short written takeaways for the commercial team. Operations: Pitch in on internal projects — process improvements, AI-enabled workflow experiments, event prep. Own a project: By the end of the internship, take the lead on one small end-to-end project of your own, scoped with your manager. Real ownership of a project you can talk about in future interviews. Qualifications What You'll Bring Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in any discipline. We care more about how you think than what you studied. Genuine curiosity about marketing, technology, data, and how brands grow. Strong written and verbal communication in English. Comfortable with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and unafraid of picking up new tools (including AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). Resourceful and self-directed — you can take a vague brief, ask the right clarifying questions, and come back with a sensible first draft. A growth mindset, a high standard for your own work, and a willingness to give and receive direct feedback. Nice to Have Prior internship, club, society, or side-project experience where you owned something end-to-end. Exposure to social media content, basic data analysis (Excel / Sheets / SQL), or design tools (Canva / Figma). Interest in Southeast Asia's consumer, retail, or property markets.
