Project Description * The primary objective of this project is to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture by assisting in various HR projects, including the coordination of roadshows and other related activities. * The project provides opportunities for the intern to learn about the PRC workplace environment, including cultural expectations, employee needs, and HR operational practices in Mainland offices. * This role will also provide comprehensive support across HR functions, including training and development, employee compensation, and employee relations. To apply for this programme, you must... * Willing to work in Hong Kong and Qianhai, Shenzhen during the internship period. * Be a university student of a bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Human Resources Management or Business Management. * Continue your full-time university degree after the internship. * Being holders of valid Hong Kong Identity Card. * Be available full-time during the internship period. * Have good academic results.
