The deadline for submitting your CV for the 2025 Summer Internship Programme is 9am on Monday 10th February 2025.
Division: Human Resources
Location: This role will work in our London Office, which is located near St Pauls and Bank stations. For our summer internship programme, we would expect you to spend most of your time in the London office.
Duration: The Internship Programme will run for a period between 8-12 weeks (Monday 16th June to the Friday 5th September). Please ensure you can fully commit to this timeframe.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide HR support in coordinating the Intern programme for the Bank
  • Assist in the preparation of employee letters and HR documentation
  • Maintain employee records across all HR core systems
  • Manage documentation processes, ensuring all required documentation is filed in employee personnel records and paper and digital files are archived in accordance with GDPR.
  • Support HR Department with the accurate and timely execution of tasks to meet daily deadlines
  • Actively participate in various HR projects to support HR Operations Managers
