Description Summer interns will work to maintain and upkeep all DiMarco Group and Baldwin Real Estate properties. Landscaping- planting flowers, trees, and shrubs Installing hardscape, mulch etc. Mowing – lawns and fields Painting – doors, poles etc. Cleanup – vacant spaces, buildings, properties Requirements Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree/certificate from college or technical school preferred; one year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Work Environment / Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work mainly outdoors and in all weather types.

Responsibilities

Summer interns will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all DiMarco Group and Baldwin Real Estate properties, which includes landscaping tasks like planting, installing hardscape, and mowing. Duties also involve painting doors and poles, and general cleanup of vacant spaces and buildings.
