We are currently looking to fill Intern positions at our Leamington ON facilities for multiple departments including Marketing, Finance, Commodities, Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Logistics, Purchasing, Regulatory Affairs. What You'll Do: * Be part of the team, jump into real work that supports day-to-day operations and ongoing projects * Get hands-on with research, analysis, and problem-solving that help drive decisions * Contribute to projects that improve processes, tools, and how we work * Collaborate with people across different departments and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business * Take part in meetings, share ideas, and see how decisions are made in a fast-paced environment * Build practical skills using industry tools, systems, and data * Help create and maintain reports, trackers, and documentation that keep things running smoothly * Take ownership of tasks or small projects with support and guidance from your team * Bring fresh perspectives, your ideas and input are encouraged and valued What You Bring: * Currently enrolled in, recently graduated from, or entering a college or university program (Business, HR, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Science, or a related field) * A willingness to learn, take initiative, and get involved in a variety of projects * Strong communication skills, you are comfortable sharing ideas and asking questions * A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with different teams * Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work * Basic organizational and time management skills, you can balance multiple tasks and priorities * An interest in how businesses operate and a curiosity to understand the “why” behind what we do * Comfort working with data, reports, or digital tools (Excel and Microsoft Office experience is an asset) * A positive, adaptable attitude in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * A desire to gain real-world experience and make a meaningful contribution What To Expect: * This is a 10–12-week paid internship program, designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience. * Work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment that may include both office and operational settings * Primarily desk-based work with regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment * Opportunities to spend time in production or operational areas to support projects and gain hands-on insight * Frequent movement throughout facilities, including walking, standing, and occasional light lifting as needed * Ability to focus for extended periods while working on tasks, reports, or projects * Interaction with team members across departments in both individual and group settings * A fast-paced environment where priorities may shift and adaptability is key * Exposure to varying environmental conditions based on department and role—some positions are primarily office-based, while others may involve time in production areas that can be hot and humid or cold/temperature-controlled * Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. 💎 Who We're Looking For We’re searching for passionate, purpose-driven individuals who are eager to make a difference — not just in their day-to-day work, but in the world around them.
