ABOUT THE ROLE The Operations Intern will support the Wendy's Operations team by assisting with day-to-day business initiatives, operational projects, data analysis, and restaurant support activities. This position provides hands-on exposure to multi-unit restaurant operations, leadership development, and business performance management. The intern will work closely with Operations leadership to gain practical experience in areas such as restaurant performance, staffing, training, compliance, and process improvement while contributing to projects that support the continued success of the Wendy's brand within Cotti Foods. QUALIFICATIONS * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program * Must be 18 years of age or older * Strong professionalism and willingness to learn * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
