The Position The People Services & Culture (PS&C) Intern will support Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals by contributing to projects that strengthen organizational consistency, employee experience, and operational effectiveness. This internship offers exposure to a variety of people-focused initiatives, including documentation management, onboarding support, and employee engagement activities. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain practical experience supporting programs that help Arrowhead attract, develop, and support its workforce. This is an 11-week Summer Internship Program paying $21.00 per hour and requires full-time, onsite work five days per week at the designated location. Responsibilities Support a variety of People Services & Culture initiatives across the organization. Assist with creating, updating, and organizing documentation and templates. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather information and support project needs. Help coordinate onboarding, engagement, and communication activities. Support employee-focused programs such as recognition and events. Maintain accurate records and assist with content organization and distribution. Contribute to special projects and administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Currently enrolled student at an accredited university or college. Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Interest in job architecture, talent management, or HR operations. Experience with documentation, templates, or content management. Strong interpersonal skills and comfort collaborating with stakeholders at various levels. Interest in employee engagement, onboarding, and culture-building initiatives.
