Position Overview As a Summer Intern, you’ll be more than a temporary team member, you’ll be a contributor to projects that could shape the future of healthcare. Whether you’re assisting in research, supporting clinical operations, or helping prepare regulatory documentation, your work will directly support our mission to bring safe, effective treatments to those who need them most. The Summer Intern is intellectually curious, highly organized, and eager to learn within a collaborative, mission-driven organization. Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations and strategic projects within the assigned department Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare summaries or reports Assist in the development of presentations, dashboards, or process documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with team members and stakeholders Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights Complete a capstone project and present findings to leadership at the end of the internship Work on-site 3 days per week Necessary Skills and Abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Educational Requirements Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Finance, HR, Data Analytics, or related discipline) Strong academic record Experience Requirements Relevant experience through internships, coursework, or academic projects Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience with research, data analysis, or presentation development preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities *Please note that Tonix does not offer sponsorship for this role.
