Your team Join the GPS Strategy & Business Management unit and become part of the Data Analytics and Visualization team. During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into how we deliver data‑driven solutions across GPS and beyond, with a focus on creating impactful dashboards and reports for a wide range of stakeholders. You will work closely with business teams - such as front-office stakeholders and business managers - as well as with specialized data functions including data engineering and data modeling. You will be actively involved in end‑to‑end analytics work, gaining first‑hand experience and acquiring relevant knowledge and personal skills. YOUR CHALLENGE What to work on: Work on a predefined business use case, engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and refine the solution throughout the project Identify, prepare, clean, and structure the data needed for the use case, potentially using Python or Dataiku for data preparation Build an interactive Tableau dashboard, bring the data into the BI environment, and iterate with users to enhance and optimize the visualization Communicate regularly with business partners, present progress, incorporate feedback, and develop a strong understanding of the underlying business processes What to learn: End to end development of an analytics product Data engineering and data preparation techniques Dashboard design best practices in Tableau Stakeholder communication and requirements gathering How data is used to support decisions in a real-world business environment YOUR PROFILE Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in the field(s) of Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related Initial practical experience in data analysis, data preparation or dashboarding is a plus Basic experience with data tools (SQL, Python, Tableau - any of these are a plus). Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
