We empower data consumers to do analytics and reporting through easily discoverable and reliable data – delivered as reusable data products on a scalable and robust multi-domain platform. As our intern, you’ll step into a key supporting role for the Product Owner of the Global Data Platform (GDP) our strategic data platform. You will act as a bridge between technology specialists, data experts, and business stakeholders around the globe. You'll get firsthand experience shaping how data solutions are planned, communicated, governed and delivered — using agile methods in a real corporate setting. No coffee runs here: you’ll be trusted with responsibilities that matter, contributing directly to high-priority initiatives shaping the bank’s digital evolution YOUR CHALLENGE What will you work on? Collaborate with Data Scientists, IT specialists, and business leaders to gather, shape and prioritise feature requests for the Global Data Platform Support Agile Project Management planning cycles, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and goals Help prepare clear, audience-specific communications so teams understand what’s changing and why Track progress and support smooth execution across cross-functional teams Collaborate to monitor a production environment, prepare releases, engage with data providers and consumers It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and collaborative — perfect if you love solving puzzles, connecting people, and seeing tangible results from your work What will you learn? How large organisations manage complex tech transformations with focus on data management, data governance and data quality Real-world experience with Agile project management - PI planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholders management How to speak both “business” and “tech” fluently — translating needs between technical developers and business stakeholders Exposure to global operations in wealth management and the critical role data plays in creating value for clients YOUR PROFILE Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in the field(s) of STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or a related field, Business Administration, Change Management Initial practical experience in project management and skills/knowledge in Agile Methodology or Change Management is a plus Genuine interest in data, technology, or digital products — prior exposure to data platforms, BI tools, or analytics environments a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to explain ideas clearly and build rapport quickly Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
