Your team Join the Data Visualization Competence Center, a core part of our Business Intelligence organization. Our mission is to empower teams across the company to make data driven decisions through impactful dashboards, visualization best practices, and a robust analytics platform. As an intern, you will support our Tableau platform operations and contribute to dashboard development initiatives. You will collaborate with BI developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders, gaining hands on experience in data visualization, Tableau administration, and user enablement. This internship provides valuable exposure to how an enterprise-level analytics environment is managed and scaled. YOUR CHALLENGE What you will do: Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards tailored to user needs Support Tableau platform operations and help with day‑to‑day site administration tasks Provide user support by troubleshooting issues and guiding BI users Help deliver training sessions, workshops, and self‑service learning materials Contribute to projects that promote Tableau adoption and visualization standards Collaborate with teams working with SQL-based data sources and agile development practices What you will learn: Best practices in Tableau dashboard development and data storytelling Fundamentals of Tableau Desktop, Prep, and platform administration How to support and advise BI users across different departments How large organizations govern and scale self‑service analytics Practical SQL skills for querying and preparing datasets Exposure to scripting (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell) and Tableau APIs (optional learning track) Insights into Power BI as a complementary visualization tool Experience working in an agile BI environment Collaboration in a global team with members in Singapore, Spain and Switzerland YOUR PROFILE Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in the field(s) of Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field Initial experience with data visualization or analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus Basic SQL knowledge; experience with Tableau or programming languages is beneficial but not required Interest in learning platform administration and enterprise BI concepts Passion for data-driven decision making and creating value through analytics A global mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
