Your team You will be part of the Output Services department that is currently supporting one of the biggest projects in the bank’s history. In addition to that the department took over the role of a sponsor for defining Operation’s future documentation standards for SOPs Standard Operation Procedures) where you will be actively involved in. You will be partnering directly with the department head and work/present your results on senior management level. YOUR CHALLENGE What to work on Be part of a strategic initiative to standardize and streamline the process of Operations Align with different stakeholders of Operations and document their documentation processes and needs Contribute to defining the future documentation strategy of Operations What to learn Improve your project management and documentation skills Enhance your stakeholder management skills Enjoy being part of an international banking team/environment YOUR PROFILE Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in the field(s) of Business Administration / Computer Science / Information Science Initial practical experience in project management and skills/knowledge in process design & analysis is a plus Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning Fluency in German and English, with additional languages being a plus Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis We appreciate your early application and thank you for your patience during the review process We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
