You will be placed in the Business and Risk Management Asia team, collaborating closely with Asia Delivery squads, Project Leads, Engineering and Testing teams. During your journey, you will gain hands-on experience in building quality dashboards, automated Jira quality checks, and AI validators/enablers, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve delivery predictability, compliance, and transparency. You will be actively involved in turning guidelines into measurable outcomes—from quality gates to evidence traceability and risk insights. YOUR CHALLENGE What to work on Build delivery quality dashboards (e.g., quality gates compliance) Develop Jira quality checks (validators, post-functions, workflows, link rules) aligned to 3S Prototype/Build AI enablers: story linting (e.g. acceptance criteria completeness, content clarity), test-case generation from acceptance criteria, risk scoring from traceability signals What to learn Practical SDLC quality: Quality gates, test strategy, traceability and evidence management AI prompt engineering and dashboarding for Quality Assurance Stakeholder communication—working with ITPL/SM/DevOps/Test to roll out improvements YOUR PROFILE Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in the field(s) of [Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics] Initial practical experience in [Python, SQL, Jira and Confluence] and skills/knowledge in [Git/GitLab, basic testing, and JSON/REST] is a plus Exposure to dashboards (Tableau, Tempo Jira Structure) and/or Jira is advantageous; interest in LLM and prompt engineering welcomed Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable turning guidelines into automated checks and measurable KPIs Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
