Apply now and join our dynamic team for a summer of learning, innovation, and excitement! Your team Join the Structured Products Sales – Private Bank Coverage team within Global Products & Solutions. Our team is responsible for covering Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors across the private bank, supporting them with both sales and execution of structured products across asset classes. We work closely with Structuring, Trading, Advisory, and Legal & Compliance to ensure seamless delivery of tailor‑made solutions for our private banking clients. You will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of structured product distribution — from idea generation and pricing to execution, follow‑up, and after‑sales support. During your internship, you will collaborate with specialists in Zurich and across our global network, gaining first‑hand insight into market dynamics and the product architecture that drives private banking investment solutions. YOUR CHALLENGE What to work on: Assisting the sales team in preparing product ideas, indicative pricing requests, and trade proposals for RMs and Investment Advisors Supporting daily execution processes, including booking workflows, documentation handling, and coordination with Structuring and Trading Helping produce market updates, sales material, and product presentations for internal and external stakeholders Contributing to client flow analysis, product performance reviews, and opportunity screening Participating in the testing and rollout of digital tools used for structured product distribution and RM support Engaging in project‑related work to enhance sales processes, improve client journeys, and increase automation and efficiency What to learn: How structured products are created, priced, marketed, and executed in a private banking environment How sales teams advise and support RMs across multiple regions and client segments How cross‑functional teams (Structuring, Trading, Advisory, Operations, Legal & Compliance) collaborate across the full product lifecycle How market trends influence client flows and product demand across asset classes How digital platforms and automation tools are shaping the future of structured product distribution YOUR PROFILE Bachelor student from 2nd year onward or enrolled Master student in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field Strong interest in derivatives, markets, and investment solutions Prior experience in sales, markets, or investment‑related roles is a plus Proactive, analytical, and eager to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment Excellent communication skills, with a strong interest in interacting with internal stakeholders such as RMs, structurers, and traders Strong team spirit, high motivation, and willingness to learn Fluency in English; German is a plus Registered in the country of application with a valid work permit Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
