OYC Miami’s Youth Internship Program is back for 2026, offering students ages 14–25 the chance to gain real-world work experience in corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. This internship will help you: Explore various career paths Develop essential soft skills Expand your professional network Strengthen your financial literacy through interactive sessions Program Dates: June 15 – July 31, 2026 (6 weeks) Requirements To be considered, you must meet the following requirements: Be between the ages of 14 and 25 Have a bank account (or open one before the internship begins) Attend the Boss of My Life Conference on April 3, 2026 Pass an interview Have a resume (or attend one of our scheduled resume workshops) Attend a mandatory orientation Provide a government-issued ID (or a school photo ID with an accurate home address)
