Position Summary Forward Edge-AI is seeking a motivated Social Media Intern to support content creation, digital engagement, and community growth initiatives during the summer internship program. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional interested in social media strategy, digital marketing, and emerging technologies. The intern will assist in creating content, supporting campaigns, analyzing engagement, and contributing to the growth of online communities. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Communication * Support the creation of content including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates * Help curate and highlight community activity, achievements, and contributions * Assist with execution of marketing campaigns to increase engagement and brand awareness * Support publishing and scheduling content across platforms Community Growth & Research * Conduct research on Web3 trends, competitors, and emerging technologies * Support initiatives to grow community membership and engagement * Assist in tracking social media performance metrics and engagement trends Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work with Marketing, Product, and Community teams to support engagement initiatives * Assist with preparation of internal and external communications * Support special projects and growth initiatives led by leadership Required Qualifications * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field * Strong interest in social media, Web3, blockchain, or emerging technologies * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable using digital communication tools and social platforms * Experience using social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot, or similar tools) * Demonstrable experience participating in or managing Discord communities, social media platforms, or online communities * Ability to serve as a WordPress administrator (posting content, basic updates, content management) Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with Discord, social media platforms, or online communities * Experience using AI tools, specifically ChatGPT, Claude, and Lovable * Basic understanding of blockchain, crypto, or decentralized systems * Experience creating content (blogs, social posts, videos, or campaigns) * Interest in startups, innovation, or digital ecosystems * Interest in the practical use of artificial intelligence and large language models Core Competencies * Communication and storytelling * Content creation and digital engagement * Research and trend analysis * Organization and time management * Collaboration and adaptability Learning Outcomes * Hands-on experience managing and growing digital and Web3 communities * Exposure to emerging technologies including blockchain and decentralized platforms * Experience in content creation, marketing campaigns, and community engagement * Development of cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Why Forward Edge-AI This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to real-world digital growth initiatives within a fast-moving technology organization.
