Responsibilities

AS A SUMMER INTERN – WAREHOUSE & YARD, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Loading and unloading goods
  • Receiving shipments from external suppliers and other Baker Hughes locations both domestically and internationally
  • Packing and unpacking goods.
  • Storing received goods, as well as finished products and completed components from our own production.
  • Picking parts for delivery to the workshops locally, as well as for shipment
  • Ensuring that the work area is kept safe and in a proper condition through correct handling and storage of equipment and tools
  • Other tasks as assigned.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have an interest in working in a warehouse/logistics position
  • Need to be organized, willing to learn and have a positive attitude to the work
  • Be able to communicate in Norwegian and Englis
