KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Currently studying Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree, preferably studying Computer Science or IT related fields
• Experience of working in and knowledge of IT
• Skilled in the Microsoft end-user environment and office360
• Basic understanding of Microsoft service software and related operations
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• First line support at the IT Global Business Service Desk
• Work on end user tickets and provide IT support accordingly
• Help end users with their IT related issues, both on-site and remote
• Collaborate within the IT Global Business Service Desk team on daily IT operation
