Elite Sports Clubs is gearing up for a fun and active summer season, and we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Summer Lifeguards. With our outdoor pool facilities, we offer a refreshing escape for families and individuals during the warm summer months. If you're a strong swimmer with a passion for safety, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: Monitor swimmers and pool activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Enforce pool rules and regulations to promote safety and prevent accidents. Respond promptly to emergencies, providing assistance and first aid as needed. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment to identify hazards and maintain a clean and safe environment. Communicate effectively with pool patrons, providing information and assistance as needed. Participate in training sessions and drills to maintain lifeguarding skills and readiness. Qualifications: Current lifeguard certification from a recognized organization (e.g., American Red Cross, Ellis & Associates). CPR/AED certification required. Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues and provide first aid in emergency situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patrons of all ages. Reliable and responsible, with a commitment to safety and customer service.
