Paul Davis Restoration is hiring Summer Mitigation Technicians to assist our team responding to fire and water damage at homes and businesses. This is a great opportunity for high school juniors and seniors who want to gain work experience, learn practical skills, and be part of a team that helps people recover after disasters. No experience needed — we provide training. Responsibilities

Technicians will assist experienced staff with cleanup operations following fire and water damage, which includes removing debris, performing basic demolition, and setting up or removing drying equipment. They will also be responsible for monitoring moisture levels and supporting the team with equipment logistics while maintaining a safe job site.
