Security Officer - Event Security Special Events Pay: $27.00/hr - $35/HR Employment Type: TEMP-HOURLY Schedule: Full program: May 28 – July 1, 2026 (34 days) Shifts: 8-hr and 12-hr shifts depending on phase — day, evening, and overnight available ABOUT THIS ROLE: Windwalker Group is hiring Security Officers for our summer commitments. We will be paying a rate amongst $27 - $35 an hour. We will be hiring across all levels. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Staff assigned post for the full shift — screening, perimeter, interior patrol, or access control • Monitor crowd behavior and report concerns to your Supervisor • Assist guests in a professional, friendly manner • Support ADA-accessible entry lane operations • Complete shift handoff and document any incidents • Maintain radio communication and follow all command directives PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Prior experience in event, venue, or crowd management security preferred • Customer service or hospitality background is a plus • CPR/First Aid certification preferred • Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply • Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts (8–12 hrs)

Responsibilities

Security officers will staff assigned posts to perform screening, patrol, and access control duties while monitoring crowd behavior. They are also responsible for assisting guests professionally and maintaining radio communication to report any incidents.
