Description Hourly Pay – Seasonal Reports to: Restaurant Manager We are looking for a Server to take orders and deliver them to our guests maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service. An excellent server will have an exceptional attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and problem solve with a team mindset. Experience in order taking and alcohol serving laws and regulations. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation in order to exceed our members expectations at every opportunity. Essential Functions Provide top-notch customer service and member experience. Accurately process member’s grill orders. Maintain working knowledge of restaurant menu. Make recommendations for members who have food sensitivities/allergies. Assist in preparation of food when necessary. Accurately process all member orders in the club POS system. Adhere to proper sanitary guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant area per established standards. Work special events as necessary throughout the year. Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order Attend to customers upon entrance. Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff in exceeding member expectations at all times. Deal with complaints or problems with a positive team attitude. Issue bills and accept payment. Promote loyalty with our members. Uphold our principle to “improve the day.” Requirements Qualifications Patience, tact, and clear communication skills. Passion for expanding knowledge about food preparation and restaurant services Skills in both leadership and customer service. Strong time management and multitasking skills. Strong communication and listening skills. Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all other staff.
