Pay: Pay starts at $16.00/hour + earn an extra $0.50/hour perfect attendance incentive. Returning summer seasonal employees receive a $.50/hour increase. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Proven steady work history Comfortable working in moderate to hot temperatures, with potential exposure to chemicals and fumes Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours a day Proficient in reading and writing in English Must pass a 4-panel drug screen and a 7-year background check GED or High School Diploma required

Responsibilities

Perform production tasks including screen printing, embroidery, and warehouse distribution for decorated apparel. Ensure high-quality product delivery to various iconic destinations and marketplaces.
