  Summer Job Opportunity COMMUNITY RECREATION CO-ORDINATORS Working Monday to Friday   8:30am to 4:30pm 35 hours per week for 8 weeks  between May to August Hourly rate $17.60 plus 4% vacation Bradford Adult Day Program - Aurora Adult Day Program - Vaughan Adult Day Program Reporting to the Day Program Supervisor, you will assist the Adult Day Program team in program implementation and evaluation of social and recreational programs for frail and cognitively impaired seniors. You will deliver in-person programming activities. You will also conduct client satisfaction surveys. You will work directly with staff and provide customer service to clients. You will assist in scheduling and maintaining accurate records in the system. You will also have the chance to participate in other special projects.  You will have the desire to gain experience working with a multi-disciplinary team environment, to develop your assessment, communication and problem solving skills. You are a student in or graduate of Therapeutic Recreation, Recreation & Leisure, SSW-G, Health Sciences or related field. You are proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook and other social media platforms. You have very good interpersonal and communication skills.
