Currently, we have an opportunity for a Summer Student - Geomatics / Surveying - Western Canada who is enrolled in a Geomatics, Surveying, or related program and has a desire to grow and learn with an innovative, forward-thinking company. The Work: Assist with surveying on various project sites throughout Western Canada Willing and able to travel, as shift work may last up to 21 days Work is outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions Follow CORE safety protocols and contribute to a strong safety culture What you bring to the table: Strong focus on relationships, both internal and external to CORE Desire for excellence in all that you do Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to liaise with clients Curiosity and creativity in solving problems and adapting to new tasks Currently enrolled in a Geomatics, Surveying, GIS, or related technical program Ability to work safely, effectively, and collaboratively in a field crew environment Valid driver’s licence If you feel that this is the right challenge for you, and you meet these qualifications, please respond by sending your resume and cover letter in Word or .pdf format to this ad.
