Description

1. Provides general clerical support to include but not limited to filing, organization, sorting/delivering mail and answering the telephone promptly 2. Assists with stocking items in environmental services, food services and other areas as needed. 3. Running errands to facility departments 4. Provides parking lot assistance 5. Assist with transporting patients to the appropriate areas of the facility 6. Greet and assist any visitors, customers and patients in a courteous respectful and professional manner throughout the facility (ies) as needed 7. Performs other tasks as needed 8. Consistently provides service excellence to all patients, family members, visitors, volunteers and co-workers · Must be a current High School student · Eligible to work in MA · No experience required · Ability to work independently or with others · Ability to remain flexible to handle and prioritize work · Ability to adhere to deadlines
