The Personalization Department is where ID-ware's products come to life. We personalize smartcards and tokens used for identification, access control, and everyday applications like vending machines, lockers, and printers. Our clients range from major government organisations to large multinationals, and we handle the full journey from production to distribution. Your Role As a student in our Personalization Department, you'll be a hands-on part of the team from day one. You'll gain practical experience across the full production process while working closely with experienced colleagues. Your tasks may include: Planning and administration of personalization orders Printing and visual quality control of personalized cards and materials Sorting and packing cards and accessories Designing and editing card layouts using our in-house software Assisting with configuring personalization software and equipment Helping with daily maintenance and solving common equipment issues Collaborating with the development team to improve processes Your profile Hands-on and eager to learn A good communicator and team player Accurate and organised, with an eye for detail Solution-focused and calm under pressure Quick to pick up new software and equipment What do we offer? We are looking for someone to join our Personalization Department immdediately for approximately 8 weeks. 32 to 40 hours per week, preferably 5 days a week; part-time is also fine 0-hour contract €16/hr If you are a non-EU student, please check any visa restrictions on working hours before applying.
