Following the onboarding period, successful students will have the opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to Shell’s operations and develop practical skills in a real‑world industrial environment. Depending on your educational background and previous experience, you may be placed within one of several departments, including: Operations Production Maintenance Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Technology Finance Reliability Real Estate These roles are designed to provide meaningful work experience, professional development, and insight into career pathways within Shell. The term length of these positions is from May 4, 2026 through August 28, 2026.
