Job Summary Responsible for assisting with the Technology team with operational and project workload during the summer vacation period to ensure BSS classrooms (both physical and online) are ready and operational for the commencement of the new academic year. What You’ll Do: * Update inventory, enter data into spreadsheets and/or Service Desk asset management system * Unpack, prepare and deploy electronic equipment * Test, troubleshoot and update classroom equipment including projectors, interactive white boards, audio equipment and remote learning tools * Assist with mass configuration of cart devices (iPad & MacBook) * Provide support to the Technology team as necessary * Move, lift and deliver equipment * Other duties as assigned Who You Are: * Knowledge of Mac and PC operating systems and hardware * Technical expertise (Google Workspace suite, understanding of ticketing systems) * Keen interest and understanding of evolving technologies * Effective team-player with the ability to work independently * Ability to multitask, organize, attend to detail and problem solve * Strong interpersonal skills * Ability to lift 30 lbs and knowledge of proper lifting procedures * Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or related programs an asset Why Work at BSS?
