We are looking for a
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Technology , Design, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business process development, user experience design, or project management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Basic knowledge of digital development and design principles is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Collaborate with the program team and business line stakeholders to identify , design, and implement new self-service features for our new customer portal.
- User Experience: Participate in user research and usability testing to enhance the overall user experience.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation to support global rollouts.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the solution functions smoothly and meets quality standards.
- Project Support: Provide support in project planning, tracking progress, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
