We are now looking for a

SUMMER TRAINEE, DEVOPS ENGINEER

To work with the KONE IT Data center & Cloud Platforms team. We provide platforms (Data Center, AWS, Azure) where KONE application teams can develop and run KONE enterprise IT applications. We are looking for a trainee in DevOps engineering, enabling capabilities for DevOps based product development and operations, such as DevOps tooling, automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), etc. You will be a part of the AWS or Azure team depending on which cloud platform you are familiar with. We are seeking an individual who is interested in learning how to develop KONE’s cloud platforms according to business needs. This is a good opportunity for a starting professional with some cloud infrastructure knowledge to take on a role with excellent visibility into global business in KONE.
The position is based in Espoo, with the possibility of conducting some work remotely. We are seeking a student in the final stages of their studies to work for three months between May and September 2025, depending on availability and preference.
To succeed in this role, you ideally have practical knowledge and experience with Azure or AWS services, infrastructure, networks, and security. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with good collaboration abilities, as we operate in an international environment.
