Trainee, Enterprise Finance Solutions
We are looking for a trainee to join our Enterprise Finance Solutions (EFS) team. You will report directly to Head of Enterprise Finance Solutions. The position is temporary, preferably starting already in March 2025 and ending the 31st of August 2025.

About the position

As a trainee your main tasks include:

• Participate to data collection and cleaning for Machine Learning project
• Participate on developing new management reporting PBI dashboards
• Building new & updating existing OneStream Quickview Excel back-up reports
• Participate process documentation and identifying further automation potential
• Support various finance automation & digitalization projects

Position is Hybrid but starting with full office presence during spring. Office location for trainee would be our new head office in Helsinki.
We hope that you could start working with us already in March 2025, but latest in April 2025. This is a part time position, but during summer you can work also full time – depends on your possibilities.

Skills and qualifications needed in the role:

• Studies of MSc. (econ) and/or background in finance and controlling, accounting or industrial engineering and deep interest in finance development
• Good analytical, networking and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of MS Office -programs, especially Power BI, Power Query & Azure
• Basic knowledge of Snowflake & SQL
• Experience on global reporting and consolidations tools (I.e. OneStream) and related Excel add-on modules (I.e. Quickview) is an advantage
• Self-driven attitude with good co-operation skills and ability to work independently as part of our international team
• Fluent in English both verbally and written, other languages are an advantage
• Previous work experience on management reporting & data driven projects
